The way you look. What you do. Where you’re from. Your family.

There are so many ways to feel different and distant from other people.

Maybe you hide your differences or change completely so that you can fit in and feel like you belong.
Then perhaps you feel even lonelier because you’re not being honest about who you really are or what you think.
The truth is that God made us the way we are…
“You knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
Psalm 139:13-14

Just as you are

The Bible explains that although we were formed in God’s perfect image, we rebelled and chose to go our own way. So we are marked by brokenness, which can also be called sin.
Is this brokenness what God wanted for me when he made me?
Can God love me, even though I turned out this way?
God created you uniquely and with a purpose. He does not desire sin and brokenness for you, but he does meet you right where you are to make a way for something better.

God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.
Romans 5:8

Finding the answer

But God never intended for us to remain broken and separated from him. In his love, God is not only able, but also willing, to heal all of our broken places and our loneliness.

Consider this. Who would want to restore our brokenness more than the One who made us in the first place?
